2. Logging in to Hugo

The address to log in is: https://hugo.quadraka.com/login. You can also click on the “Log in” button on the main menu of this website.

  1. Go to the Hugo log in page.
  2. Under the section “Log in”, enter your email address.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Click on “Log in”.
  5. Your personal library is now displayed.

Did you forget your password by mistake? That’s ok. Hugo is there for you.

  1. Go to the Hugo log in page.
  2. Under the “Log in” section, click on “Forgotten password?”.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Click on the “Send the request”.
  5. An email will be sent to you.
    • Follow the instructions listed in the email.

3. Creating a Digital Book

How to create a digital book using Hugo in three (3) easy steps, from your library.

  1. At the top of the window, click on the “Create a Book” button.
  2. Choose your favorite theme.
  3. Click on the “Create” button.

4. The Library

You can find all of your books in the library.

  1. Option 1: Click on the name of a document.
  2. Option 2: Click on the “pen” action icon.
  1. Click on the “Import an ePub” button.
  2. Select an electronic publishing with the format “.ePub” on your computer.
  3. Click on “Open”.
  4. The file will be added to your library.
  1. Click on the “Information” hyperlink under the “metadata” section of your library.
  2. In the dialogue box, you can edit the following items:
    • Title
    • Language
    • Description
    • Author(s)
    • Identifiers (ISBN and UUID)
    • Custom metadata. For example, you add a credit to the photographer who contributed to the development.
  3. Once the information is confirmed, click on the “Save” button to apply the changes.
  1. Place your mouse on the “Search” field located on the left of the magnifying glass.
  2. Search by date by entering the year, month, and day (i.e. 2016-03-23).
  3. Search by name.
  4. To perform a search, click on the magnifying glass.

1. Signing up

Signing up for Hugo is quick and simple using these 3 steps:

  1. Go to the login page by clicking on the “Start” button at the top right of your screen.
  2. Enter your email address in the field provided.
  3. Click on the “Register” button.
  4. A confirmation email will be sent to the address you have entered.
  5. Go to step B in order to confirm your email address.
  1. Locate the email from Hugo in your email application’s inbox.
    • Be careful, the email could be in your spam folder.
  2. Click on the “Confirm the registration” button.
  3. You will be automatically redirected to a web page.
  4. Go to step C in order to complete your registration.
  1. Enter your first and last name.
  2. Choose a password and enter it in the “password” field.
  3. Enter your password again in the “Confirm your password” field.
  4. Validate the information, and if everything is correct, click on the “Confirm” button.
  5. You have successfully signed up, and now have access to Hugo.
